HOW MUCH SPACE DO YOU NEED?

The photo bus is 174” long x 70" wide x 77" high, and needs a 10'x20' space for set-up and operations.

THERE IS NO POWER OUTLET FOR ELECTRICITY NEARBY. CAN I STILL BOOK A RENTAL?

We’re able to run for 4 hours with no additional power, so no need to fear! However, it does help to have access to an electrical outlet less than 100 feet away, just in case. We can also bring a generator, if requested.

IF MY EVENT IS INSIDE, DOES THE PHOTO BUS HAVE TO STAY OUTSIDE?

As long as the photo bus can safely maneuver to its designated location inside the venue, and permission is received 2 weeks in advance in writing from the venue, we’ll be there!

CAN I CHANGE THE BACKGROUND?

You bet! Choose from our thoughtfully designed backgrounds or create your own. Custom backgrounds start at $150 per background.

CAN I GET PHOTOS PRINTED ON-SITE?

We wouldn’t want your guests leaving empty handed! So every photo bus package includes unlimited photo printing on-site.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE PRINTS?

Who said you can’t have it all? Our in-house team can help you design the prints and make sure your event is unforgettable!
If you’re a designer or are working with one, we'll send you the Photoshop template so you can go all out.

WILL I RECEIVE ALL THE PHOTOS FROM THE EVENT?

All images will be uploaded to an online gallery. From here, you’ll be able to download and save directly to your computer, share with friends and family, or buy more prints.

CAN I RENT THE BUS AS A PROP FOR A PHOTO OR VIDEO SHOOT?

Definitely! Rates are $105/hour, with a $30/hour travel fee anywhere outside the 610 loop.

DOES THE PHOTO BUS TRAVEL?

Based in Houston, the photo bus makes trips to Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, and Galveston for an additional travel fee. If you're interested in having the photo bus at your event, but your event is not one of the above cities, please do reach out to us and we'll try to work up some magic!

CAN I DRIVE THE PHOTO BUS?

Sorry, bud! The photo bus can only be driven by designated drivers at this time. After driving to the event location, the photo bus is often pushed carefully into its designated area inside the venue.

WHERE DID THE BUS COME FROM?

Big Blue is originally from Denver, Colorado. On the lookout for warmer climates, the bus landed in Houston, ready for its next ad-van-ture!
